These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are between you and Olyntox (Pvt) Ltd, a company registered in Sri Lanka (Registration No. PV00370320) ("Olyntox," "we," "us," or "our"), and govern your access to and use of the Olyntox website and any related content, features, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this website. By using this website, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms. This requirement applies to olyntox.com only - individual Olyntox products may set their own age and consent requirements appropriate to their audience; see that product's own terms.

• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Services or their infrastructure;

If you send us ideas, feedback, applications, or other materials ("Submissions"), you grant Olyntox a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and act on those Submissions for the purpose of operating and improving our business. You represent that you have the rights to share any Submission and that it does not violate the rights of others. Do not send confidential information you do not wish us to use.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms. The Services may also link to our other products (such as Boleto, GetMember, Offerceylon, and GeoTodo), which are governed by that product's own terms, not these Terms.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Olyntox and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination - including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law - will survive.

12. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the competent courts of Sri Lanka, unless applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Olyntox regarding the Services.
• Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a corporate transaction.
